The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
But this is not the process it takes for all products in The Trails End Boutique, and not all products are shipped from China.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. E-packets are also used in sending items from China.
Shipping Options: We provide options on shipping depending on the product, where it is being shipped from and where it is destined to. Sometimes we offer Free Shipping from China Post but it might not provide tracking your package in the event it gets lost. Our other options may include Standard Shipping which takes lesser time to arrive and your parcel can be tracked. We can also offer E Packet with tracking, and Air Mail. These are usually lower cost methods that is generally used to send your packages. We do sometimes have the option of a courier like Fed-Ex, DHL, or EMS.
Restrictions: It may so happen in rare cases where there is a restriction on some products being sent to certain areas due to import/export and customs laws.
Note: Some products may incur extra fees. The recipient is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Import taxes, customs duties, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping price. You may need to check for these details at your customs office.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
